I want to leave this world the same way I came into it.
Screaming and covered in blood.
I'v eseen some movies where time is frozen and it's relatively easy to move objects and people. THen I've seen the ones where even turning a dagger around in midflight is an arduous task.
Stopping time would be wonderful. Simply because you could literally freeze time and just stroll through a place full of badniks and take the hostagbe right out from under their noses. Maybe play some pranks on the nogood bastids while yer at it. XD

My first thought was invisibility, but then you'd be, well invisible, and not be part of whatever is happening around you.
If you can stop time on the other hand, you could stop and enjoy the moment... literally.
Plus, as has been said, you could stop time and whack someone on the head for offending you, or whatever. I saw a movie like that... very funny. The guy said he fellt like he'd been hit by a truck... can't remember which movie though... Also, stopping time could imply never being late, since, you just stop time, walk to the place, and be on time
OK, need to stop now... this is great food for thought
